a direct basis. Called on Texas Instruments, Rockwell, SGS-Thompson,
AMD and Motorola. Same product line. Increased sales, increased quota
by 20% each year. Called on engineering, manufacturing and QC/QA
managers.
WIDGETTRONICS, INC. - Palo Alto, CA 1979 to 1980
Applications Engineer - Provided factory support to manufacturers'
representatives, and field sales force. Visited major customers in the
western region to provide detailed information on line of A/D and D/A
converters and signal conditioning equipment. Through a well - organized
presentation series including seminars, sales meetings, close liaison
with the representative and factory people, was able to obtain 90% of
the business in the product area from Lockheed Sunnyvale, where previously
we had only 30% of the total.
