Tecmark was founded twenty years ago to fill the electronic industry's need for a national (now international) management and professional staffing organization. Companies and individuals in the industry needed a company that understood their technologically sensitive requirements, and could handle them in a knowledgeable, professional manner. Employment agencies and franchised networks were not satisfactory.Tecmark Associates is a management consulting firm that specializes in recruiting. We are paid by corporate clients who engage us to fill their staffing needs. We are not a people-marketing employment agency that collects fees from either or both companies and individuals.
When given an assignment we first contact those people on file whose backgrounds fill the client's needs. We apprise those who are contacted of the position. If they are interested, we present their backgrounds to our client. When necessasary, the search is expanded by identifying other qualified individuals. We are always interested in knowing of professionals whose background would fit the type of positions we work on. Tecmark does not network or broadcast backgrounds to other search firms or companies. All of our activity is directly with the specific company and individual candidates.
